Pass HB 144 to Help Provide Protection and Relief to Our Ohio Nurses

Almost a year ago today, the Ohio House of Representatives passed HB 144 by a vote of 80-13. This is the second time ONA has advocated for legislation that aims to end the unsafe practice of nurse mandatory overtime and the second time the Ohio Senate has held the bill hostage. It’s time for all 33 Ohio senators to stand with nurses. Pass HB 144 and provide protections and relief to individuals who selflessly fight for you every day.
