We highly encourage all ONA delegates to attend 1 bylaws hearing. It is not necessary to attend both, though delegates are welcome to do so.

During the bylaws hearing, the Bylaws Committee will present the bylaws for consideration at the 2021 Convention.

The hearings are an opportunity for delegates to ask questions and gain clarity before debate begins at the House of Delegates.
