The Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System (OARRS) will be unavailable over the weekend from June 26, 2015 at 5:00 PM to June 29, 2015 at 8:00 AM.
Purpose: The system will be taken offline in order to complete a scheduled server upgrade.
Impact: Users will be unable to access any patient prescription history reports for the duration of this outage. This also applies to automated services such as NarxCheck.
Please be advised that mandatory requests of patient information required by law and administrative rule do NOT apply if the system is experiencing an outage. Prescribers should notate the outage in the patient’s medical record. For scheduled appointments, prescribers may also request a patient’s OARRS report (and download the file to their computer or print the report) prior to the scheduled outage.
